Policy for 30-day Free trial 

If we fail to solve your pest problem you pay us nothing


I personally evaluate the products we sell. We  make every effort to increase customer satisfaction.  We offer a 30 day free trial of all our products.  We ship most orders via Priority mail in order to get them to you quickly.  However,  heavier orders that exceed 8 pounds are shipped via FedEx ground.   

Here is the way it works.  

1.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you send it back and we refund your money as outlined in # 2 and # 3 below.

2. If returned within 45 days of the purchase date we will refund every dime you paid for the order including shipping and handling, thus the 30 DAY FREE TRIAL we offer.  We allow the extra time to make up for delivery time.  We want you to have a full 30 days to evaluate the product. 

3. If returned after 45 days but before 60 days from the purchase date we will refund the full price of the purchase, but not the shipping and handling.  Refund not available after 60 day, but if you have trouble with a unit the manufacture will repair or replace it up to one year from purchase date on most items.  Details will be outlined in the manufacturer's warranty policy.

4. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.  We recommend that you obtain a tracking number from the carrier you ship with or a delivery confirmation from the post office. This will reduce the likelihood of your package getting lost.  All returns must be free of damage and in the manufacture's original package with warranty card and instructions enclosed.  This is necessary for us to get replacement of opened products. 

Our desire is that you will be satisfied with our products and  service.   We don't want you to feel that we are trying to grab your money and run.  With great products and great service we would hope that you would be comfortable recommending us to your friends and family.  If you are a satisfied customer your word of mouth advertisement is better than any advertisement I can buy.
